Samuel Ds is a student run laboratory in which the public is welcome to join us
Dinner
The students, as a part of the Foodservice and Restaurant Operations Management II, class prepare the menu, cost out the recipes, manage fellow students, advertise, cook and serve the food. When you dine at Samuel Ds you can select from three entree choices. The entree prices range from $11 - $16 which includes a salad. We offer wine by the bottle or glass as well as beer.
Daily Operation
- We are open for breakfast and lunch each workday 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. Our students in the Applied Food and Beverage class team up with Chartwells to provide you will everything from soups and sandwiches to Starbucks coffee. Come in for a latte or cappuccino and enjoy a sweet from our on-campus bakery.
